• every original image uploaded to PublicDomainPictures.net between September 2024 and October 2024 participate in this competition
• only "Premium Downloads" occurred in October 2024 count
• if two or more members finish with the same number of "Premium Downloads" the prize will be shared equally
• we reserve the right to remove any suspicious members from the competition and to deduct any premium downloads from suspicious Premium members
• images from other public domain sources will be excluded from the competition
• if you don't want to be included in the competition, please send us an email
• money will be sent through PayPal
• no payout if less than $1
• see your progress in your account
